Daramousque is a peaceful place, in the middle of the Quercy vert countryside. You can enjoy long walks, horseback, kayak or bicycle. Don't forget to take your walking shoes and your sports equipment to be able to fully enjoy them!
Your arrival
As soon as the gate opens, let yourself be charmed ...
A gravel driveway will lead you to the large private and secure car park that can accommodate up to 8 cars. The keys will be given to you on arrival. If you arrive outside of hours or if we are unable to welcome you in person, a code will be sent to you for opening the gate and entering your rental.

Less than 70 km from Toulouse Blagnac airport, Daramousque is easily accessible by plane from all over Europe.
By road, the Montauban exit on the A20 is approximately 20 km away. Then take the D8 road to Monclar-de-Quercy. Daramousque is at the exit of the village, in the direction of Puycelsi.

House rules
For successful holidays
It is forbidden to put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets because we have septic tanks.
Each house is equipped with smoke detectors, a blanket, a fire extinguisher, and torches. In an emergency, it is essential to know where they are BEFORE the accident in order to intervene as quickly as possible.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the houses. Please use ashtrays outside and make sure your cigarettes are extinguished.
Please let us know in the event of an accident, if you break something, or if there is any stains on the carpets or furniture so that we can take care of what is necessary as quickly as possible. Please also report a malfunction so that we can intervene.
Please lock your house when you leave the estate. We cannot be held responsible for damage or theft.
In the event of a thunderstorm, please unplug the TV and wifi.
Exterior
Use of the playground is under your sole responsibility and children must be supervised by parents.
Sometimes it is forbidden to use the BBQ because of the fire risk. We will keep you informed if this is the case.
We limit the number of guests to ensure the tranquility and well-being of ALL. If you wish to accommodate visitors, we ask that you limit their visit to your home and let us know for insurance reasons.
In summer, we suggest you keep the shutters and blinds closed during the day to keep the house cool and to protect the furniture.
In windy conditions, please make sure that neither the shutters nor the windows slam. Please close the blinds.
Your departure
Because you will have to go one day
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. However, we ask you to return the accommodation in order, with the bins emptied.
During your entire stay and certainly on the last day, please take out your trash and place them in the containers provided for this purpose. These are located near the gate at the entrance to the estate (yellow containers for recyclables, green for other waste).
The glass containers are located along the road 500 meters to the left when leaving the estate, down the hill, near the lake.
On the day of departure, we have a lot of work and a limited time. Your cooperation is precious to us in order to be able to present the domain to the next hosts as you have found it yourself.
Please keep the house tidy and make sure all dishes, pots, and cutlery are clean and tidy. The dishwasher must be emptied.
To facilitate the cleaning work, used night and bath linen must be collected. Please undo the beds, and leave bed linen and towels on the floor in the entrance to the house.
The fridge must be empty and open food discarded. No food that has been opened should remain in place.
In case of breakage, damage, or breakdown please inform us so that we can make the necessary repairs before the arrival of future occupants.
Any breach of these rules will result in a minimum deduction of € 100 from the deposit.

You will hand over the keys to us upon departure. In case of departure outside the scheduled hours or if we are unable to greet you in person, you can leave the keys in a secure place that we will indicate to you.
